Fabric find in NC

I traveled to NC last weekend to make my niece's prom gown.  While shopping for her fabric, I found this gorgeous piece in Joann's!
It looks like it's crocheted. It's beautiful!!!!
This pic doesn't capture how sparkly it is!   


I'm saving this for my 2016 Spain cruise!!!

    Thanks, I have no idea what I'll be making. Lots of possibilities though I purchased 2 yds 60" wide
