Not about sewing...

A very proud moment, however, in a way it is about sewing as it is about family and giving opportunity to youth. As you teach your granddaughters to sew you are teaching them a skill to enrich their lives. You are spending time with them and encouraging them to learn, explore and contribute. Not sure of Mrs. Obama's exact words, but she said something like we need to reach back to bring others forward.
I watched the whole speech and was very moved. Thanks for sharing and keep on blogging. Your projects are great and so is your devotion to your family.
