It's been a while since I've been to a mall. Today while returning shoes purchased on line, I saw this set up. They actually have an alterations station on the floor. I didn't see an actual seamstress, but I'm wondering does the person literally sew and embroider while folks watch and/or shop??? Anyone else see this in there Nordstrom's?

I saw this at a local Nordstrom (Downtown Seattle) and it was in use by someone who looked like she knew what she was doing. This is new. The alterations staff is usually invisible
