Oh what a difference a few words can make! I'm sure lots of your clients feel just like this but never take the time to verbalize their feelings. I'm so glad this person did! Not only did their words encourage you, but because you shared them it was a good reminder to me to take the time to express my gratitude to others. I'm so glad that you got this much deserved word of encouragement.
